She was a graduate of Gilberton High School.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William "Buck" Delinsky, and her sister, Marie Miller Rafferty.

She is also survived by her brother, James Miller (Kay), of Camp Hill, and her sister, Barbara Naspinsky, of Wyomissing. Shirley was Mommom to six grandchildren, Kelly Gigliotti (Fred), Nicole McFetridge (Adam), Kevin Kessock, Taryn Mahon (Jimmy), Natalie Delinsky and Tess Delinsky, and was GiGi to five great-grandchildren, Maya and Ella Gigliotti, Keira and Gavin McFetridge and Margot Mahon and a great-grandson due next month.

She loved her family and friends unconditionally. She never gave up on anyone and always gave everyone the benefit of the doubt. Her optimism was infectious.
