Lips, So many years ago when our paths crossed I knew right away I was blessed for knowing you. You took me into your life and made me feel like a little sister. I will never forget all the wonderful times that we shared. Will and Mahlon I'm sorry that I never got to meet either of you but just please always remember that your dad loved you and was very proud of you both. Your dad made such a difference in my life and I will never forget any of the moments we had. My family and I had alot of good times with Lips. The poems "I'm Free" and "The Dash" are two poems that I can read and think about Lips but I will never stop hurting for his lost. To the Omlor family, you truly lost a great person and please never forget that no matter what life gave you he did love each and everyone of you. Rest in Peace My Buddy. Mary

You had the heart of 10 people. It seems that you touched the lives of everyone you came in contact with in your own special way. You encouraged and helped my son through a very tough time in his life, and if it weren't for you, I may not have him now. You were such a good friend to my husband, Sammy. His days have not been the same since that morning. Florida definitely won't be the same without you there.

That special heart and soul of yours will live on and be remembered through your family and friends.

I know you are whole and at peace!

Will and Mahlon,
Was glad to have crossed paths with your dad. What a unique person he was, and a rip of a personality that he had. Hopefully his mold of a character may live on in both of you, as you will find, he surely touched so many with his own sense of humor, and the goodness I've known. It was good to know him, and be around him. May you both find comfort and peace knowing he's gonna be a big hit ("Panther Valley Home Run") in heaven. Deepest sympathy to you and family. Just another friend.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Lips you were one of a kind. You were so fun to be around and so caring to others. You had a great heart deep inside of you.You made me laugh endless times. We walked that hill many times up to our hunting spot never caring if we got a deer but just being friends doing their thing on a weekend. The places I go where I would see you will now have a new meaning. I will always picture you there just being Lips.I will think of you often and always keep you in my heart. You were my friend and will be forever I will see you in heaven.

To Lips:
Employer, Teacher, Advisor, Mentor, Friend, Brother. I loved working with you and your family. Lips - you're a giver - I can remember you giving me your Coconut Jr. every day - Midge's lunches and Perry's Witman's subs. You and your family have always been good to me after all these years. I enjoyed watching and working with your friends and your family, helping you out on the farm. Lips, you taught me a lot about trees and I think you're the most intelligent person that I know in the tree business - we kept in touch all these years and you helped me. I do what I do today because of you and your family. I wanted to come over Thursday morning to see you, before I heard the news. Lips, I know you're a good person and I know you're in heaven. I'll miss you and I love you.

My prayers and deepest condolences to the Omlor family. Bill was a wonderful person and a long time friend. As kids I remember countless carefree days shooting bb gun, catching crayfish, hiking the woods, jumping in the hay barn, camping out, riding motorbikes, weeding the seedbeds. His passing saddens me beyond words and I will always miss him. Peace be with you, Bill.
