It is with fond memories that I recall all the time Billy and I spent together on Diners Hill. I always felt I was part of family growing up. He was a good person and will now join the growing family in heaven. You will be missed Billy. May God Bless and comfort your family and give them strength during this difficult time, let them recall all the happy memories you brought into their lives. Goodbye my friend, your cousin Billy Morgan
