So hard to believe it's been 2 whole years since you were taken away from us. I purposely try not to look at your house and funeral home when I pass by to make it easier. Thought about you the other night while watching TV and how often you would call telling me to watch a certain program like you were the only one that knew it was on. Mom and I miss you much, cousin.

Hey Uncle Raymond!

This has been a strange summer. I missed your calling to find out what we were doing for Mommy's birthday. I am sure her 90th birthday you, mom, & Mae would have done something to mark the occasion. They did a great job planning the party, you would have enjoyed it. I also spent time thinking about how all that has happened over the last year you would have been a part of as you were in years past, you did from Heaven this year. Although you're missed by us here we know that place your helping to prepare for us will be Amazeballs dipped in Awesomesauce! Love you Uncle Raymond

Can't believe tomorrow makes a year since you left us. Still find myself looking at your house every time I go to church, as if I expect you to be there. I keep telling myself I know you are happy and at peace in your new heavenly home. You wouldn't come back here even if you could. One day I'll see you again. Gone but never forgotten...

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to our cousin Raymond Washington Jordan. Our family has not lived in South Carolina for many years, so we were not very close to Raymond, but the time we spent together, it was a pleasure to know Raymond. We are just learning about his untimely passing and want to connect with family in the area. We need to get to know one another before leaving this home for our next.

Sincerely the Jordan family of Connecticut

Our family chain has been broken. Our hearts are so heavy with grief. Can't believe you were snatched away so quickly. I just spoke with you that morning. You worked so hard, were so intelligent & had such a kind heart. I will miss our conversations even if they were at 11:00 at night! You will now get the credit you deserve & be treated with respect in your new home with your Heavenly Father.

My heart goes out to Raymond's family and to everyone at Jordan Funeral Home. I've known Raymond since we were children in Sunday School and Mrs. Brantley's dance school. He was always kind and professional and a very important part of the community. He will certainly be missed. Rest in peace Raymond.

Dearest Raymond,

Our family is truly missing your presence here with us but are so grateful for the love you showed us throughout your life. Mom, will miss your calls and flowers for every birthday, holiday, and just because. Your Sisters, Dee & Mae, will miss the group chats to organize gifts from Mom's Children. Your McCall family will miss you checking in on and with us. As your niece, I can truly say even from the long distance your love as my uncle brought the love deep to my heart. To our family, I would like to ask every so often when Raymond crosses our minds and hearts you do as he would and connect with each other. Job well done good and faithful servant.
