Travis Walters Obituary
February 10, 1988 - April 22, 2025
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Travis Lyn Walters, 37, of Kernersville, NC, on April 22, 2025. He was born on February 10, 1988, in Robeson County. He was a husband, father, son, and brother. Travis grew up in Florence, SC, and as he got older, spent his career as a Property Manager in Greensboro, NC.
He enjoyed playing golf, cooking, and spending time with his two children. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him. Travis is survived by his wife, Morgan Walters (31); daughter, Savannah Ruth Walters (6); son, Stetson Lyn Walters (3); mother, Teresa Allen; father, Rick Allen; brother, James Walters; sister-in-law, Kim Walters; brother Christopher Allen; as well as sister-in-law, Amanda Allen.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC, with Donnie Rabon officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM, at Floyd Funeral Home at 809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358.
A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, April 28, 2025, at Kernersville Main Street Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brain Tumor Network, at 816 A1A North, Suite 207, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
Travis Walters will forever reside in our hearts.
