I met Dean through his work at Miller Chevrolet (he worked with my brother). When I would call my brother from time-to-time and was transferred to the area my brother worked in, often times Dean would be the professional, friendly voice at the other end of the phone. I got to know him through those simple phone calls chatting with Dean while I waited for my brother to come to the phone. He was warm and charming at the other end of that line. I only met Dean a few times, but what a welcoming smile he had! My brother spoke highly of him and developed a close friendship with Dean. So many times when I would get together with my brother, I would often ask how Dean was doing. All I ever heard were good things about Dean and what a great guy he was. His dedication to the volunteer rescue group, how he would lend a helping hand to those who asked and his genuine warm personality will be cherished memories for many of us. My sympathies to his family and good friends who have lost such a wonderful soul. Dean will be greatly missed.

Dean worked with my ex-husband at Miller Chevrolet and we visited with him a few times at his place in Milaca and had supper with him. He was a wonderfully friendly man who always had a hug for me and he will be terribly missed by everyone who knew him!! My condolences to the family so sorry for your loss!
Sincerely, Lisa and Rich LaFond
