Jerome Francis Volkmuth, age 62, of Brainerd, passed away on November 16, 2014.
Jerry was born in St. Cloud to Richard & Lois (Maehren) Volkmuth. On February 5, 1980 Jerry married Anita Janowiak.
Jerry will be deeply missed by his wife of 34 years, Anita; children, Jeremy (Latisha) of Brainerd, Lanita Volkmuth (Robert Jessen) of Baxter, Nathan of Brainerd and Justin (Viktoriya) of Columbus, GA; mother, Lois Volkmuth of Sartell; siblings, Timothy (Barb) of Solon Springs, WI, Robert (Susan) of Brainerd, Peggy (Marc) Serani of Baxter, John (Katy) of Princeton, Jean Volkmuth of Baxter, Carol Volkmuth of Spokane, WA and Mary (Ben) Hawkins of Stanton, TX; grandchildren, Cynthia, Jayden, Carter, Julia, Mikah, Veronika, Lauren and Kacey; countless aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.
Preceding Jerry in death are his father; son, Shane; grandparents; father & mother-in-law, Floyd & Juanita Janowiak; bother-in-law, Scott Janowiak.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Francis Catholic Church on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11AM. Visitation will be at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home, BRAINERD CHAPEL, on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 4-7PM and one hour prior to mass, Friday at the church. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery, near Brainerd.
