Michael Frank Thelen died April 27, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be at Fort Snelling on May 13.
He was born Dec. 29, 1959 to Earl. F. & Agatha J. (Strang) Thelen. He served in the U.S. Army & Nat'l Guard, 1977-85. He married Jolene Neis in 1988. He did property mgmt for apt complexes in St. Cloud. He loved camping, fishing & grilling.
Survived by daughter, Amanda K.; siblings William (Marion) Thelen & Shirley (Jim) Callan; special girlfriend LaVerne Clifton & family.

With deepest sympathies to you all. Mike worked with me 5 years and we had our share of laughs! Especially the Maintenance Conference at the Howie Convention Center on Good Friday!! I am glad for Mike's release from suffering, and sorry for your loss.

I have had my most wonderful adventures with this incredible man. Mike has sprinkled happy dust on every person that had that special honor of meeting him. He was with me through my pain, sorrow, and laughter. I never wanted to imagine life without him. All that knew him, loved him. I was so blessed to have known him. Now heaven is so blessed to have him. Life is not the same without you. I will miss you deeply until we meet again my precious angel.
