I never met Richard face to face but through a friend I met him and spoke to him during my battle with cancer. I am honored to have crossed paths and to have become friends with him. He was always so positive and even through the phone you could hear him smile. Yes, you could actually hear him smile!!! My deepest sympathy Karen and family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Karen and Family,
Such a wonderful man - so full of life and love. Such a terrible loss for all of us, but how blessed we were to know him. Watching our'Norsby/Stadler' DVD reminds me that this family of our birth would also be the family of our choice.
With Love and Sympathy,

Praying for you, Karen and family. I've been blessed to be a witness to Richard's smiles and hugs over the past years--his smiles infectious and his hugs genuinely given.... Richard's continued smiles, positive attitude, and courage during his fight against the cancer these years are incredible examples and will long be remembered. His trust in the One who created him and gave him life was incredible. I am truly blessed to have known Richard for these few years. What an honor and privilege it is for me to call him my brother and friend....
