Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Timothy T. Tschida, 44, of St. Augusta will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 17, 2014 at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in St. Augusta. Tim passed away with family by his side on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at the St. Cloud Hospital as a result of cardiac arrest.  Reverend Jose Edayadiyil will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date in the parish cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and after 9:30 a.m. on Friday both at St. Mary Help of Christians Parish Center.  Parish prayers will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday at the parish center.  Arrangements are with Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud.

Tim was born on December 30, 1969 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Vern and Marlene (Gasser) Tschida.  He graduated from St. Cloud Technical High School in 1989 and then attended St. Cloud Vocational College, graduating with a degree in Sales and Management. Tim was employed at Granite City Ready Mix for ten years. Tim enjoyed his current job at the Chippe Shoppe in St. Augusta. He was a member of St. Mary Help of Christians Parish.

Tim enjoyed golfing, snowmobiling, fishing, playing cards and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor and practical jokes.

Tim is survived by his parents; Vern and Marlene of St. Augusta; brothers and sister, Kim (Jerry) Hurrle of South Haven, Jeff (Carmen) of St. Augusta, identical twin, Tom of St. Augusta; nieces and nephews, Mitchell, Stacy and Stephanie Hurrle; Jaren, Tanner and Janae Tschida; Travis and Garrett Tschida; and good friend and cousin, Joey Gasser.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to St. Mary Help of Christians School or Parish.
