Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at St. Peter's Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Viola M. Pullis, age 89, of St. Cloud, who passed away at the Country Manor Rehab Center in Sartell on Friday, October 25, 2013. Reverend Gregory Lieser will officiate. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, and after 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, all at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish prayers will be held at 630 p.m. with a rosary by the Christian Mothers to follow on Monday at the funeral home.

Viola was born on February 7, 1924 in Ossian, Iowa to Frank and Frances (Wenthold) Kipp. She married Eugene Pullis on November 26, 1946 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Graceville. They lived in St. Cloud most of their married lives. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post #428 Aux., St. Peter's Catholic Church, St. Peter's and St. Anthony's Christian Mothers, Catholic United Financial, a charter member of St. Jude Mission Group, St. Cloud Mission Group, and the Whitney Senior Citizens.

Viola enjoyed fishing, quilting, playing cards, and baking. She especially loved all of the time spent with her family.

Viola is survived by her children, Dave (Nadine) of St Cloud, Sr. Jeanette "Deanna" Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary of Waukesha, WI, Kevin (Gail) of Sartell, Greg (Kathy) of St. Cloud, and Randy (Cheryl) of Clearwater; grandchildren, Michelle, Kristie, Andy, Marc, Nicole, Jared, Molly, Tiffany, and Daylan; 12 great grandchildren; and brother, Roger of Graceville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Eugene in 2011; granddaughter, Alicia Pullis; sisters, Eunice, Lois, Vivian, and Frances; brother, Franklin.

Memorials are preferred to Eugene Pullis Memorial Fund or Schoenstatt Sisters of Mary.
