Sending our love to Kathy and all the Lombardi family and extended family. He truly was one of a kind and loved by all of us on the West coast. I'll never forget all of the crazy stuff we did back in the day and will never forget he called me every morning during our recent fires. It was comforting and showed what a caring human he was. Love you Tony

I first met Tony on the Big Dig in South Boston many years ago. We would occasionally run into one another at a yard sale or the supermarket. Both of us belonging to the same trade union, we shared many friends together and a lot of laughter both on and off the job sites.
I will always remember Tony for his personality and caring spirit. I am sorry that he is no longer here in this life to be with his loved ones and friends and yet I am confident that I will see him again in Gods Kingdom to be with Jesus forever and ever. My heartfelt sympathies to all of Tony's dear family. May bless you all.

Who would of thought that asking a guy on the beach in Mexico "what time is it?" Would lead to several years of friendship on the beach and many hours of visiting on the phone? Our ongoing joke about jello/jiggles will be forever remembered. Having fun dinners/ beach time in playa del carma will be missed. Who knew that asking a guy in Mexico, that spoke English, for the time would lead to such an enriching friendship? Miss ya! I think that you have a pretty good view from up there.
