I've known Al since the late 80's. Al and I were workout partners for quite some time. Al took me under his wing, mentored me, and showed me the way on how to work out. I would always run into Al at the gym and have stayed in touch with him throughout the years. I will always think of my good friend Al when I go to the gym.
