He has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much; who has gained the respect of intelligent men and the love of little children; who has filled his niche and accomplished his task; who has left the world better than he found it, whether by an improved poppy, a perfect poem, or a rescued soul; who has never lacked appreciation of earth’s beauty or failed to express it; who has always looked for the best in others and given them the best he had; whose life was an inspiration; whose memory a benediction."

A quotation on life and longevity is from a childrens's story, a symbol of revolution in Iran.
"Death could come upon me very easily now. But as long as I'm able to live, I shouldn't go out to meet death. Of course, if someday I should be forced to face death - as I shall - it doesn't matter. What does matter is the influence that my life or death will have on the lives of others . . ." from The Little Black Fish - By Samad Behrangi.
So I Andy got 43 and I get 74 and maybe more. Either is fleeting time, to do what we can. Andy did what he could.

Andy made a difference. He was a brave, smart, funny, caring man who believed in the good in everyone. The last time I talked to him, I said something about one of his detractors, and Andy told me that the person I was talking about had called him and been very nice on the phone. Even though this man had said nasty things about Andy online, all Andy thought of was the guy's nice phone call...and that was so typically Andy. He was a shining light to all who knew him, and one of the best human beings I have ever met.
