Dee was a great friend and helped perfect the historic Wilder and White and Olmsted Brother design of the State Capitol Campus with the renovation of the Capitol Group, saving Capitol Lake, building the North Capitol Campus Heritage Park, and opening up the view corridor to Puget Sound and the Olympics. He was a great man and will be missed. May he rest in peace.
