Doris Conaway Obituary
Doris "Dori" Conaway died of natural causes September 2, 2015 in Seattle. She was 92. Ms. Conaway was born in 1922 in Burlington, WA to parents, Charles and Florence Paylor. She graduated from Ballard High School in 1940. She married Elton "Red" Conaway in 1942. The Conaways lived in North Dakota and Minnesota from 1960 until 1975 when they returned to the Seattle area to retire.
Ms. Conaway is survived by her son Steven Conaway; her sister, June Gerring; granddaughter Anne Conaway Peters, and great grandchildren Sophie and Maxwell. She is preceded in death by her husband, son Lawrence Conaway and companion Albert Cox.
