Elaine Ward Obituary

Elaine Grace WARD Born in Minneapolis, MN. August 26, 1956 to Eleanore and Elwood Ward. Passed away Friday, October 18, 2002 after a long period of complications stemming from childhood diabetes. Survived by brother Dean Alan Ward, St. Paul, MN. Elaine was a wonderful person, bright, intelligent, humorous and caring. She was loved by all who knew her. Her greatest love was children. She started as a babysitter at the age of 11, and was completing her Masters in Grief Counseling for children. She also was involved for 10 years with the Washington Council of the Blind. She served on the board for the King County Accessability Council. The world will not be the same without her, a great person. No doubt she will be missed. Services will be held Wednesday, 4:30 p.m. BONNEY-WATSON, Capitol Hill
