Dottie,
Thank you for being the loving woman and person you are.
Fred was truly blessed to have you as his helpmete.
I think of Freddy the weeper often. He touched my life several times in many ways.
When we were in Amway together, grand times for me and my life is forever changed.
He related a story to me about not putting people on a pedestal and by doing so being afraid to share the business with them.
Imagine he said, a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon mowing his lawn and he runs over a fresh, wet pile of dog doo and that smelly stuff is now all over his legs!
How much status do you think that surgeon has at that moment?
Fred truly was a giver. Unselfish as you are too.
I broke eight bones in my foot and Freddy came to the rescue. I needed surgery on my wrist, and Fred laughingly tells me as he is repairing it, "Got some Bone in a bottle here for ya!"
He was chuckling.
I remember I sent you and Fred a Christmas card one Christmas season... someone told me a few days later that Fred is Jewish and Jews don't celebrate Christmas...
The next time I saw Fred I apologized to him for it.
He told me it was really nice getting the card and hearing from me.
Such a gracious man.
I miss him.
Your friend,
Tim Flynn

...to my most dearest friend Freddie Davis. I was just talking to my daughter, Albeny about you, and I said to her, let me discover his phone number to give him a call. Surely, Dr. Fred Davis would give you some good advice concerning your medical direction, Upon searching suddenly, my daughter said, Dad...Dr. Davis passed away. Silence fell upon our home.
As I reminisce about the Life of my good friend and brother...he was always there for me. I love you, my good bother...and may the peace and blessing of Almighty God rest upon your soul. Edward Carr

Dot,
Remembering first friends in our first apartment, Fred's maroon Firebird, adventures on Obsession--before and after the mast. In our minds you and Fred will remain the spirited and adventurous couple who lived above us at 4728.

Loved that man! He helped me more than any man has ever by putting pieces of my scattered life into place where I couldn't see how it was done. God's blessings to Dottie, Raquel and Adrienne. He is up above today golfing, playing music and finally resting. This world lost a 1-of-a-kind Dreamer, Surgeon, Father, Entrepreneur and music man. I will miss you more than I ever let you know. I toast you and your magnificent life and continue to model mine after yours. Until we meet again! I miss you my Friend, Coach, Rich Dad and Mentor.

Fred had a great sense of humor and kindness, and a yearn for adventure.
He and his wife's quick thinking and action saved my little sailboat from a problem

Fred was extremely kind and welcoming to me when I first started practice at Highline in 1981. His colorful personality was enjoyed by the entire staff, and his abilities were well respected. My sympathies to his family as I can only imagine how much they will miss him.
