JACK WESTON Obituary
October 26, 1923 - April 2, 2010
Jack passed away peacefully with his son Jack Jr. at his side. Jack was a lifelong resident of Seattle, the home that he loved. Alzheimer's took away his memo ry but nothing could take away his kindness and sense of humor. He was devoted to his family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carmen, in 2007. He missed her terribly and now has had his wish granted to be re- united with her. He is survived by his four children Diane Kemmish (Wayne), Judy Swope, Sue Jennings (Art) and Jack Jr., numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him but will be forever in our hearts. A memorial service will be held at Wiggen & Sons, 2003 NW 57th St. Seattle, on Tuesday April 6 at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northwest Hospital or Foss Home & Village, 13023 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle 98133

Jay, I am sorry to hear of your loss. I always will remember how supportive your folks were as we disturbed the peace in their basement.
I miss the days on 83rd and hope all is well in your life.

I had the great pleasure of working with Jack at Henry Bacon during the 70's. That was a while ago, but I never forgot what a fun person he was. I totally enjoyed knowing Jack. He was so good at his job that many customers refused to let anyone else wait on them, and they would stand around and wait for Jack to shake loose so he could wait on them. He always had a joke and smile, and an uncanny knack for making each person feel special. To know Jack was to love him, and it was truly a privilege to know such a great guy. I know all those whose lives he touched will miss him forever. He was the best of the best, widely loved and respected. May this knowlege comfort his family and many friends.

I feel like Jack was family and friend to me. His kind and gentle soul was only lingering here until he could go home to Carmen. His love for his children was always obvious. I am glad I got to share some good times and enjoy his great sence of humor.
My sympathy to his children and grandchildren seems very inadequate for the loss that they feel, but I wish to express this to them. He was one of the great guys. May your memories bring you comfort.
