I worked with John on Seattle Fire Dept. Medic 1 for many years. We became good friends. He was very smart and a pleasure to be around. He had a great sense of humor and could make a long shift seem like fun. He will be greatly missed.

We are so sorry to hear of John's passing. Our condolences to all your family.
We were very glad that John came by unexpectedly this summer & we were able to visit & catch up on all the news of the family...We will miss our friend and cherish the memories we have of the days in the old neighborhood.
