Jose H. Molina

Jose H. (Joe) MOLINA Age 88, born November 16, 1919 in Dilley, Texas. Died at Columbia Lutheran Home in Seattle on January 11, 2008. Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Helen; his sisters, Evelyn Reyes, of Sacramento, CA; Gloria De Ocampo, of Aromas, CA; Elvia Schlegel, of San Diego, CA; and by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Elma Del Toro. He retired from Burlington Northern - Santa Fe Railroad after serving 30 years. Joe had an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army at Ft. Lewis after serving six years in the Aleutian Islands. He received the good conduct medal, Asiatic Pacific Service Medal and the American Defense Medal. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2008 at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home Chapel, 11111 Aurora Ave. N., Seattle, 98133. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park - San Juan Mausoleum Complex. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Columbia Lutheran Home, 4700 Phinney Ave. N., Seattle, WA 98105.
