Kenneth Hegg Obituary

Kenneth M. "Bud" HEGG Was born to Nora and Helmer Hegg in Kirkland, WA on July 18, 1923. He graduated from Kirkland High School in 1941. He enjoyed a long time career working for the Seattle Times in the circulation Department, retiring in 1985 after 39 years of dedicated service. He and his wife of 56 years, Audrey, enjoyed traveling a bit in the continental United States as well as Hawaii and continued residing in the home they built in Kirkland. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nora and Helmer Hegg; as well as three half sisters, Doris Boender, Vera Siemon and Verona Olsen. Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife, Audrey; and from a previous marriage, son, Steven Hegg of Fallbrook, CA, and daughter Nancy Gresoro (Gil) of San Diego, CA; granddaughter Shannon Martin (Frank); and three great-grandchildren, Clayton, Cleo, and Tucker all of Texas; grandson Ron Groh (Missy) of San Diego, CA. Friends are invited to a Visitation Wednesday, February 6 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and to Graveside Services Thursday, February 7, all at Sunset Hills Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 1215 145th Place NE, Bellevue. 425-746-1400. In lieu of flowers, family suggests remembrances to the charity of your choice.
