Kevin Monahan Obituary

Kevin Riley O'Neil MONAHAN Born August 10, 1978, Kevin Monahan, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at his home in Edmonds, Washington after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Kevin loved spending time with his family, watching Seahawk and Mariner games, Seafair Blue Angel shows and attending Sunday night family dinners. "Kevin, we love you and will miss you dearly. Your courage and faith were an inspiration to all who knew you." Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Terry and grandmother, Veronica. He is survived by his mother, Karon; grandfather, John; sister, Kristen (John), brothers, John (Carla) and Brian (Courtney); numerous nieces; nephews; aunts; uncle; cousins; and his beloved Golden Retriever, Bailey. Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Anacortes, WA. Rosary will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:00 a.m. A reception will be held at the church after Mass. Dear Monahan Family,

I am so sorry to hear about Kevin's passing. He was a very strong and warm hearted person and he never let the challenges he faced in life bring him down.

He always made me laugh and I will miss that. I can hear him now saying......"Hey Lord."

I look forward to paying my respects and seeing all of you tomorrow.

In my thoughts and in my prayers

God Bless
