Larry King Obituary

Larry E. KING 6/4/32 - 7/7/05 73, Larry was born and raised in the Seattle area. After graduating from Highline High School, Larry served first in the Merchant Marine and then in the U.S. Army. After his service commitment, Larry worked for Northwest Airlines where he met his wife, Coreen, and they enjoyed 47 wonderful years together. During their marriage Larry established his own business, Larry King Agency, as an independent insurance agent. He ran a successful business for over 30 years and was a well respected member of the business community. Larry loved fishing in Alaska, in particular yearly trips to the Kenai River and to Petersburg with friends and family. He also enjoyed numerous hunting trips and passing on his lore to his sons and grandson. Larry was also a familiar face to residents of Anderson Island where he enjoyed his recreational property. He is survived by his wife, Coreen, his children Lori (Rick), Larry Jr. (Margaret), Mitch (Michelle), and Jody (Mike), his grandchildren Andy, Kathleen, Andrea, Danielle, Ricky, Kaelin and Colton, his sisters Jacquie and Elaine, and his nieces and nephews. He will always be in our hearts. He will always be our hero. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, July 12, at 12:30 p.m. at, BONNEY-WATSON Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac WA.

Sorry to hear about Larry's passing,it was a pleasure to be hunting with Larry at deer camp and up in Elk country in Eastern Washington.I will remember all the good hunts we had together.Rest in Peace "Larry" "Till we meet again" (Sorry I didn't make your Memotial, Iwas out of the State)

EVEN THOUGH I ONLY SPENT A SHORT TIME WITH LARRY, IT FELT LIKE I KNEW HIM FOR MANY YEARS. HE HAD A WAY OF MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE AN OLD FRIEND. I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER OUR FISHING TRIP ON THE KENAI. THANKS FOR THE GREAT MEMORIES. YOU WILL BE MISSED BY MANY....MIKE

I am so sorry to hear of Larry's passing... I am shocked and saddened. I feel blessed that Larry was part of our family. He was a very friendly person and I have vivid memories of his smiling face. Thank you for being a wonderful Grandpa to Colton and Kaelin
