Lucille Owyen Obituary

Lucille Nadine (Hager) OWYEN Age 75, passed on peacefully in her home in Bellevue on Thursday, July 10th. Lucille was an incredibly loving person and touched the lives of everyone around her. She was, and will always be, loved by so very many. Lucille was born on Sept. 25th 1932 in Tacoma, WA and graduated from Lincoln High in 1950. She devoted herself to her four children and nine grandchildren and to being a loving wife to her husband Elvin Owyen of 36 years until his death in 1991. She worked for RenaWare International for over 25 years and retired in 2004. Lou is survived by her children: Fred, Scott, Janice and Julie, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, her sister, Janice Morris and her brother, Cliff Cook. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 3:30 on Saturday, July 19th at Eastgate Congregational U.C.C. Church, 15318 SE Newport Way, Bellevue, WA 98006-1828

Here at Rena Ware Lou has many friends that will greatly miss her for she was a dear & tender hearted person, one who was also caring, considerate & always had a kind word to all she meet. I worked at Rena Ware along with Lou for all her 25 years. I send my heartfelt sympathy and prayers to her family & friends.

Lou was one of my favorite people in my life, I worked with her for 25 years at Rena Ware. She was one of my supervisors and was always very supportive, loving, caring, and always lent a helping hand. My thoughts and loving prayers are with her family.
