Luke Deasy Obituary
Luke Evonuk DEASY Luke Deasy of Bellevue, Washington, born June 2, 1999 passed away on February 17, 2007. Luke attended Somerset Elementary and lived with his brothers, Tom and Ray, and his parents, Matt and Jill. Luke was passionate about baseball, writing stories, reptiles, and Greek mythology. Luke brought an intense focus to everything he cared about. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The Heart Center at Children's Hospital Foundation (P.O. Box 50020, S-200, Seattle, WA 98145-5020). A Memorial Service will be held for Luke at The Seattle Children's Theatre (www.sct.org) at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 2nd.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

Hello Matt,
As a teacher for many years, my hope was that all of my students would grow up to have happy, productive lives. I see that you have.
No one can go through life without some sadness, but there must be nothing harder than losing a child. When I look at Luke's picture, I see you, Matt, as a young student at Newport HIlls Elementary. I think I may have been your teacher twice there. (Mrs. Peck)
