Mary Campbell Obituary

Mary Isabelle CAMPBELL Passed away January 30, 2008 in Shoreline, WA. She leaves a legacy of loving graciousness, concern for others, a boundless joy of life and an abiding faith in the Lord. She was born in North Vancouver, B.C., Canada on March 6, 1910, where she lived until she married her beloved Alexander and began her 68 year odyssey as the consummate wife, and partner of a minister. Together they shared ministries in Presbyterian churches of Morro Bay, CA, Boulevard Park, Omak, Yakima and Seattle, WA. Mary was preceded in death by her husband in March, 2007. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Jeannette, Joan and her husband Steve Sundberg, Marylin and her husband Vernon Ferrel; her seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and her nieces, nephews and cousins. The members and long standing friendships at the numerous church communities she served will miss her dearly. She will also be missed by the magnificent caregivers and staff of Richmond Beach Rehabilitation. Remembrances may be made to the Union Gospel Mission, 3800 S. Othello, Seattle, WA 98118. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2008 at Trinity United Presbyterian Church, 1315 N 160th Street, Shoreline. Arrangements: Beck’s Funeral Home, Edmonds, (425) 771-1234.

I am so sorry about Mary. She was always so sweet when she came into my store. I work at Bartells and she was a frequent customer at the 155th store.
