Nella Hyatt Obituary
Nella was born March 22, 1932 in Seattle, Washington to her loving parents William H. and Nella R. Spencer. She grew up on Seaview Avenue near Golden Gardens Park. Nella graduated from Ballard High School in 1951 and then met her husband Frank T. Hyatt and married him in 1952.
Nella was a waitress for 52 years and worked at notable restaurants in the Seattle area retiring in 1996. Nella loved being with her family and was an avid sports fan and also loved to play cards with her close friends.
Nella was preceded in death by Frank T. in 1995; and two of her four sons, William J. in 1996 and Frank A. in 2009. She is survived by her sons, Steven M. and James R.; her daughter-in-law, Melissa K. and her cherished grandchildren: Stephan Ross, Chance Oakley & Emerson Sophia.
We will miss Mom's welcoming smile and her loving and endearing spirit and will love her forever.
A Graveside service was held at Holyrood Cemetery in Shoreline on May 19, 2017.
