A catastrophic loss was felt by all when Sergey succumbed to a fatal motorcycle accident while commuting to work.
Just shy of 31 years old, he was lead Porsche/high performance technician at GMG Racing. Considered a genius by many, with skills, dedication and honesty -
vehicle owners trusted no other.
In his short, yet full time on this earth, he also enjoyed autocross, his zx-14, racing, photography, music, good food and car rallies. He and his wife traveled 2-3 times a year to delight in life and experience exciting automotive events. Sergey had a contagious smile and joyful laugh and touched the lives of hundreds.....thousands in the car community nationwide. Many would consider him "family" for his willingness to lend a helping hand; and his love and care for others. Our hearts are just a little fuller at having the privilege to have known him; but at the same time, aching that he's left us much too soon.
Sergey is survived by his parents (Alexandr and Mariya), brothers (Mikhail, Alex jr, Yacov, Vasiliy and James), sisters (Inessa, Liliya and Monika), numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews; friends beyond count; and the love of his life - his wife, Ashley.
Viewing: Friday, June 10, 2016 from 5-9pm at Saddleback Chapel, 220 E. Main St., Tustin, CA 92780. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 4:00pm at Saddleback Chapel, 220 E. Main St., Tustin, CA 92780. A reception will be held at 6:00pm at Tustin Ranch Golf Club, 12442 Tustin Ranch Rd., Tustin, CA 92782.
