To Steve's family,
I lost touch with Steve after high school, but I truly always felt that the world was a better place because he was in it. I loved him like a brother and was blessed to have known him. God Bless You, Steve. Love you.

Our world was turned upside-down, but when we gathered to say our good-byes and share our memories I felt comfort knowing how much you were loved by everybody whose lives you touched.
We will be together again, but in God's time.

Tonight I packed up the last of my memories, placed them in a special place in my heart, but leaving them close enough where I could find them when I feel the need. Then I said good-bye, feeling sad, but knowing that you are only a prayer away.

We love you Steve.

"Steve Wog...the gentle man" Though we lost touch after High School, it brought much "joy" to rekindle our friendship at Lake Cushman. It was like no time had passed, we enjoyed many conversions regarding the old school days, our families (which he was very "proud" and devoted), our retirement plans & golf.

I praise God for the time we spent with Steve. I find peace in knowing he's playing on the best golf course known to mankind. Hit em' long & straight, my dear friend.

Steve always brought great value to life, as well as doing the things he enjoyed. He loved fishing, and relaxing around his property at his campfire with all his friends.
He always took great care in everything he did.

We will never forget Steve’s incredible Spodie – odie that he would prepared in the summer for everyone to enjoy. But it wasn’t something he just tossed into thermos cooler.

we remember, it had to be Steve’s way…where the fruit was cut precisely and trimmed into bite sized perfection, and that’s what made it great!.
He always made things special and unique.

His caring way’s was the man he was everyday.
We miss him dearly, and he will reside in our hearts always.

Those of us lucky enough to know Steve will miss him very much. His sense of humor and true passion for life will always be what we remember. We never got the chance to "tee it up" with Steve and will always regret that time didn't allow it. Another lesson in not waiting until tomorrow for what you could do today.

Our sincere condolences to all Steve's family.

To The Entire Wog Family,
I know your hearts are heavy with sorrow and pain, but remember this is harder on us than it is for Steve. This is only our temporary home on our journey to "Heaven". May GOD BLESS you all, and I will be praying for GOD to fill those canyons in your soul!

A Step Brother Forever

Steve, although our hearts are heavy, the memories which shine clear and bright bring immense comfort. You have enriched our lives by sharing yours with us.

Goodbye Steve. You are someone with such a generous spirit for forgiveness that we will all remember you best by aspiring to live our lives with such grace. Now you can fish and golf across the universe. Whenever the stars are shining extra bright in the sky I will assume you are having a big campfire.
