SUZANNE D. CROWTHER

SUZANNE DELEFOSSE CROWTHER  (Age 80)  
Of Falls Church, passed away peacefully with her son and daughter by her side on May 10, 2014. She is predeceased by her husbands, Earl Osborne and Roderick Scruggs; her parents, Marcel Delefosse and Jeanne Thevenot; her sister, Huguette Delefosse and her brother, Rene Charles Delefosse. Suzanne leaves behind her husband, Lloyd Crowther; her daughter, Anne Elizabeth Osborne; her son and his wife Marc James and Kim Nason Osborne; her step-son, Col. Alexander Crowther and his wife Marie; her grandchildren, Julien Marcel and Jonah Ratcliffe Osborne; her brother, Jean Maurice Delefosse as well as many other family and friends. Suzanne was born in Paris and graduated from Sorbonne University. She moved to the US in 1956 and has been a long time resident of Northern Virginia. Suzanne was a member of the French and Italian Conversation Groups of Falls Church. A service will be held a Cunningham Funeral Home, 811 Cameron St, Alexandria, VA 22314 on Wednesday, May 14 at 3 p.m. Suzanne's family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Halquist Hospice of Arlington.
