Although I haven't seen Tim since he was a little boy...I want to write this for his family. I am an old highschool friend of his mother, Linda. I remember when she found out she was going to have Tim. She had a choice..and her choice was to have him, and to love him. And love him she did. She gave him life, and they were a blessing to each other. There is such a strong bond between a mother and a son. It was Linda and Tim against the world when I knew him. He was a joyful, loving little boy. I wish I had kept in touch..but I didn't. Linda...my heart goes out to you and I know that you will see him again someday...it will be great, and everything will be alright. Do not be sad...you will see Tim again.

I am Tim's Aunt Marilyn. My pain is almost more than I can handle. I miss that boy something awful. He spent so much time at my house, and all the kids had a ball. He loved to eat, and I could never figure out where he put it all. I used to tell Tim that I thought he had a hollow leg. I love Tim with all my heart and soul. I will never understand why the Lord took him away from us so young. I will miss him for all the rest of my days. I'm sure he and his Granpa Pete are fishing and having a great time. Until we see each other again Tim, I love you.

Tim, I will forever remember our frienship we have. I will miss your competitive spirit here, now. But I will always think about you at NASCAR, at a Mariners game, whenever I go bowling, or when I'm playing a game of cribbage. You are a true original one of a kind. I will approach my life with the same enthusiasm & competitive edge that I saw in you. Until we meet again, Thank You for the time that we did have here. MW

I knew Tim when we were children. We spent hours playing, teasing, laughing (getting into trouble) at Aunt Marilyn’s house. Aunt Marilyn spoiled us all and the times spent at her house with Becky, Christie, and Tim are among my favorite memories. It’s hard to accept Tim’s time with us was so short. For Leslie, may you find peace in your grieving and gather strength from your children. I cannot begin to understand the magnitude of your sorrow. Please know that you will be remembered in my prayers.

Leslie,
I did not know Tim, but worked with his Mom, Linda, for many years. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. When we left the service today, I felt like I could say I knew Tim. He must have been a wonderful husband, son, father and friend.

What a fine young man. He was a good friend to my son, Steve Maninger. He had a wonderful sense of humor. I'm sure he will be missed by many! I'll say a prayer for you!
