Wayne Rutledge Obituary
Wayne Rutledge passed away on April 14, 2019 at the age of 66. He was born in Seattle, WA in 1952. He was the oldest child of the late William Rutledge and Delores Rutledge - Person.
Wayne graduated from Nathan Hale High School. Wayne is survived by his mother Delores Person, brother Gary Rutledge and sister Cheryl Fischer.
A celebration of Wayne's life will be held on May 29, 2019 at 2pm at Lake Forest Park Civic Club
located at 17301 Beach Drive NE,
Lake Forest Park, WA 98155

Wayne has been my friend since I was fourteen years old that would be for 38 years. Him and I started working together when I use to model. Then I became his makeup artist for about over 20years. Wayne was there when I got married, had my babies, the loss of my parents and husbands parents, my daughter's graduations from high school and college. Wayne was my good friend someone that I could talk with and enjoy his creative since of humor. My family's hearts are broken. We all will miss him dearly. Mr. Rutlege like I always have said," you are the best photographer". Love you Wayne I will miss you.
