Clara M. Hensley
SEDALIA — Clara M. Hensley, age 67, of Sedalia, died on August 25, 2014, at Rest Haven Convalescent and Retirement Home.
She was born on August 25, 1947, in Portageville, Missouri, daughter of James William and Carrie Ann Cox Duppass. In 1984 in Sedalia she married Kenneth Hensley and he survives.
Clara was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed working puzzles and cooking. She loved spending time with all her family especially her children and grandchildren.
Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter; Tabatha Brandkamp, one son; Robert Brandkamp, both of Sedalia, two brothers; Ralph Duppass and Donald Duppass, both of Sedalia, one sister; Vera Fisher, of La Monte, three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2014, at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Pole, Joshua Corpier, Nick Duppass, Anthony Duppass, Brandon Crawford Sr. and Brandon Crawford Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Tabatha Brandkamp and Robert Brandkamp. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
