Tina Chilcoat

Tina Louise Chilcoat, of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away on September 2, 2025.

Born to Margaret and Leonard F. Chilcoat, Tina grew up in Sedalia alongside her brother, Leonard E. Chilcoat. She graduated from Smith-Cotton High School in 1985.

Tina was the devoted mother of Brandon and Corey Chilcoat and was known as a second mother to many others who were welcomed into her life. She worked hard from a young age, providing for her family and instilling in her children the values of resilience, kindness, and honesty.

Those who knew Tina will remember her quick wit, sharp mind, and generous spirit. She had a gift for making others feel welcome, offering friendship and support wherever she went. She was practical, thoughtful, and always genuine in her words, qualities that endeared her to friends and family alike.

She is survived by her sons, Brandon and Corey; her brother, Leonard E. Chilcoat; and her extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Leonard F. Chilcoat.

Tina will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her strength through life's challenges, and the laughter and warmth she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.
