PANDORA -- Jimmy Minix, 70, of Pandora, surrounded by his loving family, passed away on October 30, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay. He was born February 23, 1953, in Kenton, to Kenton and Madge (Rowe) Minix. On October 25, 1972, Jimmy married Mary Taylor, and she survives.
Jimmy worked at Conrail for 25 years. He loved traveling in his motorhome, especially spending time in Florida, painting pictures, woodworking, John Deere tractors, and NASCAR.
Those left behind to cherish Jimmy's memory are his wife; daughters, Tammy (Brad) Woods, Denise (Mark) Draper, Jayme Minix; grandchildren, Brittany Wilson, Devin (Jessica) Risner, Timothy (Alyssa) Cowan, Jillian Williams, Ashley Draper, Liam Kearns, Shaelyn (Joseph) Allen, Kacey Draper, Devin Draper; great-grandchildren, Haylie Jordan, Kaycie Wilson, Carlie Wilson, Joshua Rich, Lacey Allen; brother, Bill (Bev) Minix. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edgar Minix, Kenny Minix; sisters, Wanda Minix, Mary Ann Minix.
