Josh 'Tiny' Shook
July 19, 1963 – July 5, 2021
A Celebration Gathering for Josh "Tiny" Shook, 57, of Gore, will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021, at the City Park in Jay.
Arrangements are under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Shook was born on July 19, 1963, in Tulsa to Deloris Jean (Sutterfield) "Lois" Applewhite. He died on Monday, July 5, 2021, in Farmington, Ark.
Survivors include his father, Charles and Ursula Scott of Minnesota; two sisters, Karen Counce of Tennessee and Anita and Joe Garrett of Braggs; one brother, Gerald Shook of Tennessee; and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother; and his grandparents.
