Funeral services for Terry G. Ward, 60, of Webbers Falls, are being held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Webbers Falls.
Burial is at Snake Girty Cemetery in Webbers Falls under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
Mr. Ward was born on Nov. 11, 1962, in Tahlequah to Tommy L. Ward and Cherokee Still. He died on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2023, in Webbers Falls.
He was a subcontractor in the construction industry.
He married Brenda Wooten on June 16, 1986, in Muskogee.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Ward of the home; one daughter, Jill Thornton of Webbers Falls; daughter-in-law, Leah Ward of Webbers Falls; his father, of Muskogee; his mother, of Warner; three sisters, Sonya Ward of Warner, Tonya Cooney of Eufaula and Lindsey Ward of Checotah; one stepbrother, Bobby Horne of Minnesota; four grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by one son, Leo Ward.
Pallbearers are Benjamin Ward, Tyler Wooten, Allen Powell, Richard Tullos, Bo Taylor, Toney Wooten, Randy Brown, Jason Chapman, Travis Thornton, Eastwood Shanks, Brandon Watts, Andy Madding, Alex Madding, Kyle Wooten, Geno Buchanan, TJ Johnson and Josh Taylor.
