Funeral services for Jayne Vee Spears and Troy Dean Spears, Jr., of Gum Springs will be at noon on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gore. Burial will follow at Stevenson Cemetery in Gore under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Jayne was born on Nov. 16, 1971, in Muskogee, to Marian Virginia (Rowe) Anthony and James Denver Anthony. Troy was born March 16, 1971, in Muskogee, to Troy Dean Spears Sr. and Jotalee Retha (Swearengin) Spears. They passed away together on Saturday, March 12, 2022, in Gore. They were married on Oct. 15, 1990.
Mrs. Spears was a paralegal and Mr. Spears was a general laborer.
Survivors are two daughters, Sarah Ayers and Cody of Braggs and Beth Spears of Gore; one son, Justin Dale Spears and Jazmyne of Gore; four grandchildren, Cayden, Addilyn, Lillian and Remi; and other relatives and friends.
Jayne is also survived by two sisters, Darla Chisum of New Caney, Texas, and Elizabeth Tyner and Billy of Stillwater; and five brothers, Jim Anthony and Billie of Gore, Kevin Anthony and Cathy of Little Elm, Texas, Jon Anthony and Shelly of Porter, George Anthony and Chrissa of Elm Springs, Ark., and Slaton Anthony of Mount Vernon, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Troy is also survived by his parents, Troy and Jotalee Spears of Gore; one sister, Sheila Tschetter of Plano, Texas; and one nephew, Jimmy Dean Spears, Jr. of San Antonio; and was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Dean Spears, Sr.
Pallbearers will be Justin Spears, Jimmy Dean Spears Jr., Chad Asamen, Troy Spears Sr., Bill Swearengin and John Anthony.
