Adrian Malone Memoriam

Adrian Halsey Malone A.I.A., died on December 14, 2006, in Sheridan, WY. He lived in Big Horn, WY, for many years, though he previously was a resident of Marin County with an architectural office in San Francisco. Born in Mt. Kisco, NY, March 30, 1915, to Halsey Eleanor Slater Malone. He was a graduate of the Cate School in Carpinteria and Harvard University. Survived by his wife of 68 years, Joan Skewes-Cox Malone; and three of his four children: Judith Hayne of Novato, Nicholas Malone of Chico, and Gillian Malone of Big Horn, WY, as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His daughter Sara Harrah died in 1999. He continued his architectural practice in WY, designing among other buildings, the Buffalo Bill Indian Museum in Cody, the Bradford Brinton Museum, and the Sheridan Co. Fulmer Public Library. Memorial Service April 20 at the First Presbyterian Church, also designed by him, in Sheridan, WY.
