Alberto Fox Obituary
He was born on August 15, 1963 in San Francisco. He attended St. James Catholic School and other schools in San Francisco. He was a lifetime, die hard 49er fan. After a strong battle against a hospital based staph infection in his lungs, he passed away on October 16, 2013, while holding his beloved sister Raquel's hand.
He is survived by his pride and joy, and the love of his life, his son, Alberto Fox, Jr. He is also survived by his brothers Alexander Fox and Frankie Alvarenga; his sisters Raquel Fox, Susy Garcia, Bonnie Orellana; his brother-in-law Jeff Ryan; his nieces Pauline Ryan, Nicole, Gabby, and Alexis Fox, Lisa Alvarenga, Linda Diaz, Boniblu Orellana; and many other family members and friends. He is predeceased by his loving parents Alejandro and Irma Fox.
On Sunday, October 20, 2013 (3pm to 9 pm) is the wake, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm, at Driscoll's Valencia St. Serra Mortuary, 1465 Valencia Street, SF. On Monday, October 21, 2013, at 11:00 am is the Funeral Mass at St. James Catholic Church, 1086 Guerrero Street, SF. Reception to follow immediately afterwards at Driscoll's Valencia St. Serra Mortuary.
