Alex, you were my best friend. Together as children we explored the local woods, tinkered with our bikes and models, stared into the endless night sky, and dreamed big. As adults living on opposite coasts, we looked forward to those rare chances when we could get together and do all those same things again. Your perpetual optimism and limitless wonder in the world around you will be deeply missed. We always loved our model rockets...the next one I launch will be for you.

Alex,

I am going to miss seeing you around when all the bros get together. It is still hard to believe but I find comfort in knowing you are in a better place. I am glad we had a great conversation last time we saw each other. Rest in peace my friend and brother. Until we meet again you will always be in my heart.
