Alfredo Perli

Alfredo Perli March 2, 1924 - Feb. 2, 2012 Alfredo Perli passed away peacefully in San Francisco surrounded by his family. Originally from Italy, Alfredo came to America in 1954, where he worked 32 years for the Golden Gate Scavenger Company. Alfredo enjoyed spending time with family and friends. While in Italy he appreciated the company of his nieces and nephews. In America he liked visiting with friends, especially Italo and Linda Giannone. He is remembered by sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Luciana and Giuliano Tuccori, his niece Giovanna, and his many nieces and nephews in Italy. Alfredo was preceded in death by his three brothers, Giuseppe, Emilo, and Tony, his sister, Fedora, his wife Giannina, his son Maurizio, his daughter Maria-Grazia, and his third son Maurizio-Antonio. Through all the tragedy Alfredo remained a loyal and devoted servant to his belief in God. Friends may visit Alfredo Wednesday February 8, 2012 after 12pm and are invited to attend a Rosary Service 7pm at Green Street Mortuary, 649 Green Street, San Francisco. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 9, 2012 10:30am, at St. Peter and Paul Church, 666 Filbert Street, San Francisco followed by a committal at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
