Thanks to everyone for their kind words and warmest wishes. Antoinette (Ta) my aunt and Godmother, was a real trooper, not batting an eye when it came time to ride "The Turn of the Century" rollercoaster at Great America. We enjoyed going to the movies sometimes just the two of us...she was, in many ways, my best friend. She instilled virtue in my life, a standard I proudly bear. I miss her dearly.

Our condolences to the Stroppiana family as I just was searching some of my mother's old friends and see that Antionette had passed. She was a dear friend to my mother, Evelyn Bonanni, and I am sure they are enjoying a cup of tea together and catching up on "soaps" as they used to do.

Antoinette was the Godmother of my brother, Steve Selva. Antoinette & her mother Tillie, were lifelong friends of my father, Blaine Selva and his mother, Maria Ruffoni and our entire Selva family (Steve, Antoinette (me) and Gary). As children, Tillie and Antoinette would visit us in Mountain View, CA and bring spice candies drops and Italian almond nougat candies wrapped in a thin white wafer paper and placed separately in a beautifully decorated small box. (mint was my favorite!) We dearly loved Antoinette, visited her in San Francisco and kept in touch with her until her death. She was our last connection to the Selva family and the Italian relatives. May she rest in peace among the other family members in the Italian Cemetery in Colma, CA. Love, Antoinette Selva Lilley

My sincere condolences to Toni´s family. I had the privilege of working with Toni for many years and I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know her and her mother, Rose. Rest In Peace, Toni.

Toni was the first secretary I met at Morrison & Foerster. We sat next to eachother and she was thrilled I was Italian! I was very young and she was very experienced. She taught me a great deal, and we shared a personal connection. She was a special lady. My deepest sympathies to the family.

With my condolences to the Stroppiana families. Remembering dear "Ta" as I used to call her when I was wee. Always present in my life from the day I was born up to her later years. May she rest in peace.
