Arthur Phillip Samuelson, W6VV, a long-term resident of San Francisco, Arthur died peacefully July 10, 2022, at the age of 80 in San Francisco.
Art was born in New Jersey to Cyrus and Rose Samuelson March 28, 1942. He started his accounting career with KMPG Pete Marwick before starting his private practice career.
Art is best known for his long-term love of amateur radio as former President of the San Francisco Radio Club and San Francisco section manager, he was also a lifetime member of the Amateur Radio Relay league.
At his request, no service will be held.

I remember Arthur as a pleasant office neighbor in Jackson Square in the early 1990s. Arthur was cheerful and knowledgeable in his field.

I met Art about 30 years ago. He assisted my stepfather with accounting services. We started exchanging holiday cards about 15 years ago. I´ll remember him as a kind and thoughtful man. Rest gently Art.

I am WB6ARO and former member of the SFRC, I remember Art from my teen days and seeing him at the club each month - it was nice to chat with him and have known him.
