Barbara Goldman-Berdux Obituary
February 25, 1955 - January 21, 2018
Barbara Love Goldman-Berdux, a resident of Oakland, California, passed away peacefully at U.C.S.F. Moffitt-Long Hospital in San Francisco, with her husband and children at her side. Born in Newark, New Jersey to Isadore Goldman and Love Thanos-Goldman (Agarzon Thonias), Barbara is survived by her beloved husband, William James Berdux, Jr., her cherished daughters Sabrina Michelle Berdux-Cohen and Chelsie Love Berdux-Uriarte, son Brian Leonard Berdux and granddaughters Naomi Kitty Whittle and Aliya Love Cohen. Also, a sister, Geraldine Goldman-Hawkins of Las Vegas, Nevada. Married on the evening of February 14, 1976 in Temple Emanu-El, in San Francisco, Barbara and Bill shared 42 years together during which time Barbara founded an insurance adjusting company, studied at Sonoma State University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) where she also became a certified paralegal. Graveside services for Raquel Ruth bat Avraham v Sarah, in accordance with Orthodox Jewish laws and customs, were held on January 23, 2018 at 2:30 p at Gan Shalom Cemetery, Briones, CA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the B'nai B'rith Disaster Relief Fund.
