Betty Wuestefeld Obituary

Betty Wuestefeld
August 14, 1929 - January 16, 2023
2 Timothy 4:7 – "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
On January 16, Betty Wuestefeld passed away into God's graces. A warrior throughout life, she was 93 years old.
Now that Betty has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Betty's physical life on Earth, it's the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for her. She is survived by many loving family members, including her three children, Robin (Tim) Early, Roger (Stephanie) Wuestefeld, Carlene (Shan) Forehand, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and countless friends.
Betty lived a full and warm life, filled with joy. She will be forever loved and forever remembered. Our family is grateful to know that Betty is finally at peace.
Please join us in remembering the life of Betty with a Mass and Memorial Service that will be held at 11 AM on January 30th at Our Lady of Angels Parish in Burlingame.

Betty lived a block or so away from me...I lived at Brazil ave at Madrid and Betty lived on Persia Ave and Madrid. We called her fondly "Little Betty Bunner". We grew up together in the Excelsior.
She and her husband George Wuestefeld went on Balboa trips with me and my late husband Ben Sumrall and we had much fun together. I will always
remember my childhood friend "Little Betty Bunner".

You will always be my favorite Betty Boop. We had the same hairdo and even owned a pair of the exact same shoes and color. We just broke out laughing when we noticed our shoes. We even wore similar colors and that's why I called you my twinsies.

A lovely and light breath of fresh air in my life when I met her... and her smile, oh how it brightened my day. She was such a joy to have known for such a brief time...Betty, you will always be smiling and dancing "you know where" in my heart.
