Bill was a wonderful friend who i loved learning from. Bill was a consumate professional; many times i saw him quiet a room with his wisdom on how to create a better community. His ready smile always brightened the most when he talked about how proud he was of his family. Farewell friend.

I worked with Bill at EBMUD for many years. He was a true professional and a gentleman at all times.
