Carol took me under her wing 25 plus years ago as a rookie retail broker. She dispensed sage advice and helped me on my path to being a very successful broker sharing her wisdom and clients generously. Carol was the queen of retail and she will be missed by all of us.

I knew Carol when we both worked at Grubb & Ellis. I was in residential and she was in commercial real estate, but we worked together on many things. I loved her spirit and her friendship. My condolences to Pamela Brown and her family.
