May 28, 1930 - August 25, 2016
Colman Folan passed away peacefully at home on August 25, 2016 at 86 years of age. Born in County Galway, Ireland and raised in County Meath, Ireland. He resided in Milton, MA. For many years working as a member of the Carpenters Union Local #67. In 1988 he moved to Half Moon Bay, CA. where he remained until his passing.Beloved husband of Julia, loving father to Marie and her husband Ian of Norwell, MA., Theresa Folan of Quincy, MA., and Sean and Cindi Folan of Loudon, NH. Caring grandfather to Zachary Harty of Norwell, MA. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited join us on Tuesday August 30, 2016 from 6:30 PM until 8 PM for viewing and Rosary at St. Cecilias Chapel, 2555 17th St, San Francisco. Funeral Mass will be held August 31st, 2016 at 10:30 AM at St. Cecilias Church with burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
